Data we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp, e-mail or the booking form we receive your name, your contact details and whatever you choose to share in your message.

When you create an account we store your name, e-mail, phone, country and an encrypted form of your password, together with your purchases, session requests, feedback and questions.

The booking request form on this site sends us your name, contact details, chosen service and optional message, which are stored with our website hosting provider. We never sell your data.

How we use it

We use your data to reply to you, to book and deliver sessions and to issue receipts, in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Sensitive information you share in sessions is processed with your explicit consent and kept confidential.

Cookies

Essential storage: we keep your allow or deny choice in your browser, and a sign-in cookie that keeps you in your account.

Measurement cookies: these are switched on only if you press Allow. If you deny, none are loaded, and you can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.
